随着全球“汉语热”的持续升温和孔子学院的广泛建立,学习汉语逐渐成为广受关注的话题。面对世界范围内的汉语学习者,谁来教?教什么?怎么教?这些问题迫在眉睫,亟待解决。师资问题是目前汉语国际推广中面临的首要难题,土耳其的汉语教学也不例外。笔者根据在土耳其的亲身教学体验及相关调查,描述了当前土耳其汉语师资的现状,指出了土耳其汉语教学在快速发展的同时,还存在的一些制约因素,并希望能就有效解决这些问题提供建议,从而确保土耳其汉语教学长期、有效、优质、可持续的发展。
With the continuous global warming of “Chinese Language” and the widespread establishment of Confucius Institutes, learning Chinese has gradually become a topic of great concern. In the face of Chinese learners worldwide, who teach? What to teach? How to teach? These issues are imminent and urgent solution. The problem of teachers is the primary challenge facing the international promotion of Chinese nowadays. Chinese teaching in Turkey is no exception. Based on the personal teaching experience in Turkey and related surveys, the author describes the present situation of Chinese teachers in Turkey, points out some shortcomings that exist in the course of the rapid development of Chinese teaching in Turkey, and hopes to provide suggestions on how to effectively solve these problems. Thus ensuring the long-term, effective, high-quality and sustainable development of Chinese teaching in Turkey.
