针对稠油开采 ,提出了化学吞吐技术这项新的增产措施 .对筛选出的吞吐配方的性能进行了全面测定 ;借助微观仿真模型研究了该项技术提高采收率的机理 ,并进行了室内模拟和现场试验 .研究结果表明 ,体系与原油间能形成超低油水界面张力 ,平衡油水界面张力为 3 1 5× 1 0 - 3mN/m ,具有较强的乳化能力和洗油能力 .室内模拟和在京 70 5井三个月现场作业均获得成功 ,此井产液量比吞吐前增加 60 %~ 78% ,产油量是吞吐前的 7 2~ 9 8倍 .
Aiming at the heavy oil exploitation, the new stimulation technology of chemical throughput technology was put forward, the performance of the selected throughput formula was comprehensively tested, the mechanism of this technology to enhance oil recovery was studied by micro-simulation model, Simulation and field test.The results show that the interfacial tension of ultra-low oil-water system can be formed between the system and crude oil, and the interfacial tension of oil-water balance is 3 1 5 × 10 3 mN / m with strong emulsifying capacity and oil washing capacity. And the three wells in Beijing 70 5 well were successfully operated on site. The production volume of this well increased 60% ~ 78% compared with that before the stimulation, and the oil production was 72 ~ 98 times before the throughput.
