中国内燃机学会基础件分会成立大会和第二届学术交流会于1991年11月6～9日在西安市召开,参加会议代表共86人。中国内燃机学会副理事长,西安交通大学校长蒋德明教授出席了会议,并发表了热情洋溢的讲话,与会代表深受鼓舞、陕西省内燃机学会秘书长潘克煜、安徽省内燃机学会秘书长王祖汉,山西省内燃机学会代表焦茂莲、中国内燃机学会材料与工艺分会秘书长陈铁,燃烧、节能、净化分会秘书长王树奎、特种发动机分会副主任委员朱仙鼎,测试技术分会秘书长何庆元等同志,光临会议并致词祝贺。中国内燃机学会大功率柴油机分会、中小功率柴油机分会,编辑委员会和山东省内燃机学会给大会发来了贺信。
The Founding Meeting of the Foundational Parts Branch of the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society and the Second Academic Exchange Meeting were held in Xi’an from November 6 to November 9, 1991 with a total of 86 delegates to the conference. Professor Jiang Deming, vice chairman of China Society of Internal Combustion Engineers and president of Xi’an Jiaotong University, attended the meeting and delivered a warm speech. The delegates were greatly encouraged by Panyu, secretary general of Shaanxi Internal Combustion Engine Society, Wang Zuhan, secretary-general of Anhui Internal Combustion Engine Society, internal combustion engine of Shanxi Province Professor Jiao, the vice president of Special Engine Branch Zhu Xian Ding, Secretary General of Test Technology Branch He Qingyuan and other comrades, attended the meeting and delivered a speech of congratulation on behalf of Jiao Lotus Lin, Secretary General of China Internal Combustion Engine Materials Branch and Branch Chen Tie; Secretary-General Wang Shukui of Combustion, Energy Conservation and Purification Branch; China Institute of Internal Combustion Engine High-Power Diesel Engine Branch, small and medium-power Diesel Engine Branch, Editorial Board and Shandong Internal Combustion Engine Society sent a congratulatory message to the General Assembly.
