采用水热法制备了ZnO纳米线与硫掺杂TiO_2(ZnO/S-TiO_2)微/纳复合光催化剂,采用SEM、XRD和XPS等方法对复合光催化剂进行表征,探讨了硫掺杂量和煅烧温度对该复合催化剂光催化性能的影响.结果表明,Zn O微米线表面形成了粒径较为均一的纳米S-TiO_2颗粒,硫掺杂TiO_2中形成了Ti—O—S键;当硫掺杂量为0.8%(物质的量分数)并经500℃高温煅烧的复合光催化剂对菲的降解呈现出最好的光催化活性.
ZnO / S-TiO 2 micro / nano composite photocatalysts were prepared by hydrothermal method. The composite photocatalysts were characterized by SEM, XRD and XPS. The effects of sulfur doping amount and Calcination temperature on the photocatalytic performance of the composite catalyst.The results show that the surface of the Zn O micron line formed a relatively uniform particle size of nano-S-TiO 2 particles, sulfur-doped TiO 2 formed Ti-O-S bond; The composite photocatalyst with 0.8% (mass fraction) and calcined at 500 ℃ exhibited the best photocatalytic activity for the degradation of phenanthrene.
