提高油酸和亚油酸的含量,降低亚麻酸和饱和脂肪酸——棕榈酸的含量是大豆品质育种的重要课题,而分析大豆品种资源脂肪酸含量和组成是品质育种的基础工作。为此对甘肃省168份地方品种资源的脂肪酸进行分析,旨在为进一步利用本地区大豆品种资源提供依据。一、材料与方法测定168份甘肃省大豆地方品种资源的脂肪酸组分的含量,材料由甘肃省农科院经作所提供,脂肪酸组分由吉林省农科院大豆所品质分析室测定。
Increasing the content of oleic acid and linoleic acid and decreasing the content of linolenic acid and saturated fatty acid-palmitic acid are important topics for soybean quality breeding. Analyzing the fatty acid content and composition of soybean varieties is the basic work of quality breeding. Therefore, the fatty acids in 168 local cultivars in Gansu Province were analyzed to provide the basis for further utilization of the soybean resources in this area. Materials and Methods The contents of fatty acids in 168 varieties of local varieties of soybean in Gansu Province were determined by Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The fatty acid composition was determined by the Quality Analysis Laboratory of Soybean in Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
