Needs are the main driving force for people’s enthusiasm. To mobilize the students’ enthusiasm for learning, we must make it rational to meet the students’ spiritual needs. Only students who have received a certain degree of spiritual satisfaction in the classroom can enhance their initiative and enthusiasm. The spiritual needs of students are varied: equality. Democracy and harmonious teacher-student relationship can meet the needs of students’ self-esteem; impart scientific theories and practice
