以—NCO/—OH(摩尔比 )为 0 8的聚醚型聚氨酯为阻尼层 ,分别以环氧树脂、玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂和四针状氧化锌晶须增强环氧树脂为约束层 ,研究了约束层的杨氏模量对复合材料损耗因子的影响。结果表明 ,该复合材料的阻尼性能随着约束层杨氏模量的增大而提高 ,氧化锌晶须增强环氧树脂时可增加内摩擦力 ,大幅度提高该复合材料的阻尼性能
Polyether urethane with -NCO / -OH (molar ratio) of 0 8 was used as damping layer. Epoxy resin, glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin and tetrapod zinc oxide whisker reinforced epoxy resin were used as constraining layer. The effect of the Young’s modulus of the constrained layer on the loss factor of the composites was investigated. The results show that the damping capacity of the composites increases with the Young’s modulus of the constrained layer. When the epoxy whiskers enhance the epoxy resin, the internal friction can be increased and the damping performance of the composites can be greatly improved
