随着发展的需要,社会对高校毕业生的要求越来越高,在外语技能方面就有明显的表现。然而,我国的大学外语教学情况不容乐观,很多学校毕业生的英语实际应用能力不高。其中一个原因就是没有对水平不一的学生因材施教,没有找到有效的教学和激励模式。分级教学应时而生,而测试又为教学提供反馈数据和分级依据,二者是密不可分的。本文结合现有文献及研究对分级教学和分级测试作出一定的介绍,提出了它们的优越性和不足之处。
With the development of society, the demand for college graduates is getting higher and higher, and there are obvious performances in foreign language skills. However, the situation of college foreign language teaching in our country is not optimistic, and many of the school graduates’ English practical ability is not high. One of the reasons is that students of different levels are not taught in accordance with their aptitude and no effective teaching and motivation model has been found. Grading teaching should emerge as time goes by, while testing provides feedback data and grading basis for teaching, which are inseparable. Based on the existing literature and research, this paper introduces the graded teaching and grading test, and puts forward their advantages and disadvantages.
