一、小语素质教育的内涵1.语文课是素质教育的基础语文课是素质教育的基础,一切素质教育都源于语文学习。因此,学生的语文水平如何,常常是素质水平的体现。在中小学教育阶段,从小学启蒙到高中三年级,语文科贯彻始终,课时最多,位置突出。就学科性质和教学目的来看,对落实素质教育有着“独当其任的责任”和“分内的责任”。教育学生正确理解和掌握祖国语言文字,这是语文课素质教育的核心。语文又是工具,其它学科的学习,表达和交流都离不开这个工具。怎样掌握语言这个工具?叶老说得好:“听说读写宜并重”。即是让学生具有听、说、读、写的语文能力和良好的语文习惯。培养语文能力,当然是指学生具有口头和书面语言的表达能力。培养良好习惯,是指学生在理解运用祖国语言时的读、写、听、说的习惯。如普通话的习惯,字体工整的习惯,不
