本文报告经耻骨上超声观察１００例健康成年男性膀胱颈口正常测值，其测量数据经统计学处理（ｘ±１．９６９）得出颈口排尿前及排尿时测值分别为：排尿前，左右径０．７７４±０．２７０ｃｍ，前后径０．６９５±０．２２１ｃｍ；排尿时，左右径１．２１４±０．２８２ｃｍ，前后径１．１０９±０．３６２ｃｍ，同时动态观察５２例膀胱颈部梗阻性病变的异常声像图，认为经耻骨上超声具有实时直观、简单、可重复性，是膀胱颈部梗阻性病变的辅助诊断方法。
