隐睾症是一种较为多见的男性先天性睾丸异位,500个中约有一例(0.2％)。隐睾的恶变率比正常下降睾丸高30～50倍,为了减少恶变机会,临床上通常采取睾丸固定术进行治疗。我科收治一例睾丸固定术后的睾丸恶变报告如下: 患者,30岁,19岁时曾行左侧睾丸固定术。近来发现左侧睾丸肿大,于1982年4月16日入院治疗。检查:左侧睾丸明显肿大,直径达10cm,质地硬,无压痛;透光试验(一),精索不增粗,亦无触痛;肛诊未
