实验室里铜燃烧匙在演示中常被烧穿或腐蚀,损耗量颇大,若有的实验(如硫的燃烧)改用瓷燃烧匙可耐高温且现象明显。实验室里酒精灯常因灯帽或瓷芯环破损而造成整体的报废。用以下介绍的烧瓷法,可以自制瓷燃烧匙和酒精灯瓷芯圈,还可作为第二课堂结合硅酸盐教材而开展的活动内容。一、制作方法1.将瓷土(高岭土或其它纯粘土)晒干、粉碎,通过50目的细筛,即得细土粉。(小工厂采用泥浆沉降法除去粗砂砾。)2.在土粉中拌入2%氧化镁、3—5%氧化铝或灼烧过的熟土粉,拌匀后加水揉成泥团

First, the production method 1. Porcelain clay (kaolin or other pure clay) dried, crushing, through a fine mesh of 50 mesh, to obtain fine soil powder. (The small factory adopts the mud sedimentation method to remove the coarse gravel.) 2. Mix 2% magnesium oxide, 3-5% alumina or burnt ripe clay powder in the soil powder, mix and add water and knead into a clay ball.
