孤独症谱系障碍(ASDs)是一类起源于婴幼儿时期的精神发育性疾病,以社会交往障碍及刻板行为为主要特征。近年来,发病率呈逐年上升趋势。大量研究证实,孤独症谱系障碍为遗传因素和环境因素共同作用的结果,环境因素包括环境污染、生活方式、宫内感染、药物等非遗传因素,随着目前环境污染形势日益严峻,环境污染已成为备受关注的问题之一。本文将对环境污染与孤独症谱系障碍发病之间的关系进行综述,为降低儿童孤独症谱系障碍的危险因素提供重要理论依据。
