本文叙述了MOS 器件的二维稳态分析软件.二维泊松方程和电流连续方程是用有限元法求解的.非线性泊松方程用牛顿-拉夫森法线性化.由于采用Gummel迭代法求解和巧妙地采用稀疏矩阵技术存放方程的系数矩阵,节省了所占用的计算机内存.求解所需网格划分信息由程序自动形成.本文给出了本程序运行时占用内存和运算时间以及MOS器件的一些计算结果.
Two-dimensional Poisson’s equation and current continuous equation are solved by finite element method.The non-linear Poisson equation is linearized by Newton-Raphson method.Because of Gummel iterative method And clever use of sparse matrix technology to store the coefficient matrix of the equation, saving the computer memory occupied.To solve the required meshing information automatically formed by the program.This paper gives the program running memory and computing time and MOS devices Some calculation results.
