2141亿元的总投资中,铁道部出资1745亿元占总投资的81.5% 在各地争相上马铁路之际,中部省份江西也不甘寂寞。从江西省政府获悉,从今年开始到2012年,江西省将投资约2100亿建设省内和省际铁路江西段,用于推进江西境内16个铁路干线项目和4个铁路专用线项目。这些铁路的投资模式相当灵活。比如,根据江西省和铁道部所签的协议,上述铁路中有三条铁路采取铁道部和江西省其建模式,分别为(南)昌九(江)城际铁路、向莆(江西南昌至附件莆田)铁路、武(汉)九(江)客运专线,而双方资金合作比例为5:5。其余铁路投资,则以铁道部为主的比例占多。比如皖赣扩能,新建双线景德镇至省界,铁道部和江西省方面出资占比为8:
