“教学管理”四字可以离析为“教”“学”“教与学”“教与管理”“学与管理”五大块,而每一块都应深加研究,都可大做文章,之后再行整合。本文拟从“教与管理”入手,结合本校现状,针对学科,以管窥豹,以蠡测海,以锥指地,提出自己一点点极不成熟的看法而已。在新课改的今天,对年级教学管理应根据本校实情,因地制宜,科学管理。就目前来说,当务之急之一就是在授课内容授课进度上
