长期以来,工业锅炉对流管破裂是锅炉检修中难以解决的课题。对流管是联接上、下锅筒的一束由上升管和下降管组成的密集错列排行的管系。由于锅炉的运行管理不善,例如锅炉长期连续超负荷运行,锅炉无除氧设备及除氧措施,锅炉水处理达不到标准等因素,容易引起锅炉对流管的破裂事故。正常运行的锅炉当发生对流管破裂时,虽然可采用紧急停炉措施,但是对锅炉仍有相当严重的危害。
For a long time, the rupture of the convection pipe of the industrial boiler is a difficult problem to be solved in the boiler overhaul.
