为了研究原发性震颤确切的阳性家族史发生率,作者对319例原发性震颤(ET)患者进行了随访研究。所有ET患者均有家族史的完整资料。阳性家族史指在一级亲属中至少有一位ET患者。首先在诊所询问患者,数月以后通过电话或写信了解一级亲属ET的发病情况。结果表明,在诊所询问的319例ET中,216例(67.7%)有阳性家族史,并对103例阴性家族史患者的亲属进行了随访。第一次随访除15例因死亡或其它原因退组外,其余的88例中17例有阳性家族史。第二次随访的71例中,51例退组,而10例有阳性家族史。这样,在以后二次随访中,66例自动退组,现存的253(319-66)例ET中243(216+17+10)例ET患者有
To investigate the exact positive family history of primary tremor, we conducted a follow-up study of 319 patients with essential tremor (ET). All ET patients have a complete history of family history. Positive family history refers to at least one ET patient in first-degree relatives. First in the clinic to ask patients, a few months later by phone or write letter to understand the incidence of first-degree relatives ET. The results showed that of the 319 ETs in the clinic, 216 (67.7%) had a positive family history and were followed up by 103 relatives of patients with a negative family history.
