陶行知先生是我国现代史上著名的教育家。他从青年时候起,就好学不懈,勤于钻研。在求知的园地里,博采奇花,酿造佳蜜,因而学识丰富,见解不凡,在教育领域有所建树。有一次,师生们向他求教学习的“秘诀”,他笑着从抽屉里拿出一首名为《八位顾问》的诗来,念给大家听:“我有八位好朋友,肯把万事告诉我。你若问他真姓名,名字不同都姓何:何事?何故?何人?何如?何时?何地?何去?好象弟弟与哥哥。还有一个西洋派,姓名颠倒叫‘几何’。若向八贤常请教,虽是笨人不会错。”陶行知的这“八位顾问”,是从吉辅灵的一首诗里“请”来的。吉辅灵在诗里谈到治学时,主张要弄清楚六个“为什么”。即:什么事(何事),什么缘故(何故),什么人(何人),什么方法(何如),什么时间(何时),什么地方(何地)。陶先生根据自己治
