目的建立快速分离鉴定白色念珠菌的方法。方法将临床标本直接接种于白色念珠菌生物形态分型培养基上,在5%~10%CO2孵育48~72h,如有红褐色色素环形成定为白色念珠菌。结果154株白色念珠菌均可出现红褐色色素环;类星形念珠菌、热带念珠菌和部分近平滑念珠菌虽也出现色素环,但呈草绿色;其他菌不形成色素环。平板色素环法快速分离鉴定白色念珠菌的敏感性为97.9%,特异性94.2%,准确性96.7%。结论本法快速,简便,其敏感性、特异性及准确性均达到临床分离和鉴定念珠菌的要求。
Objective To establish a rapid method for the isolation and identification of Candida albicans. Methods The clinical specimens were inoculated directly on the C. albicans biotype morphological medium and incubated for 48-72 hours at 5% -10% CO2. Candida albicans was identified as having a red-brown pigment ring formation. Results 154 strains of Candida albicans can be reddish brown pigment ring; Candida species, Candida tropicalis and some Candida parapsilosis although the pigment ring, but the grass green; other bacteria do not form a pigment ring. The sensitivity of flat Candida albicans isolates was 97.9%, specificity 94.2% and accuracy 96.7%. Conclusion This method is rapid and simple, and its sensitivity, specificity and accuracy have reached the requirements of clinical isolation and identification of Candida.
