《公司病》与《员工病》这两本书,一本教你把重心放在组织建设,一本教你如何盘活人力资源,前者落脚点是制度,后者聚焦处是员工。人会生病,公司何尝不是?都是有机体,都有生命力,只是各自的表述不同罢了。基于这样的认识,作为律师,我所在的事务所就曾推出一项面向企业的“法律体检”服务,宗旨很明确,就跟私人保健医生一样,定期检查,有病治病,没病强身。

Just like a private health care practitioner, regular examination, medical treatment and disease-free Strong body.
