行星变速机构是自动变速器的核心组成,是决定自动变速器性能的关键部件。以CX31自动变速器的三行星排行星齿轮变速机构为研究对象,以单排单级和单排双级行星排的运动特性方程为依据,分析了该机构行星排的组合方式及特点,计算了其传动比。以不改变各挡变速比的条件下,对比分析了三排单级式组合结构的特点及可行性。为自主设计重型车辆自动变速器提供了一种新的思路和理论依据。
