一、正确处理教学起点与终极目标的关系,关注学生个性成长学生的发展过程中有无数个起点,也有无数个终点,每一次的学习都必须建立在最接近学生起点的基础上,并尽可能地把他们带到离自己最远的终点。这种起点,包括知识的起点,能力的起点,审美的起点,价值观的起点,个性成长的起点
1.
