查阅名校长基地班的课表,发现周四下午的“学校观摩”成了学员们雷打不动的常规课程,从今年1月 24日正式开班至今,八个基地已经不定期、分批考察了多所学校,包括华东师大二附中、上海交大附中、格致中学、控江中学、北郊学校、嘉定中光中学、上海市信息技术学校等。考察、观摩为了什么?学员们说: “看看、听听其他学校经验的时候也是反思自己学校还有些什么问题,如何解决。相信‘他山之石可以攻玉’。”

Schools include East China Normal University II Middle School, Shanghai Jiaotong University Affiliated Middle School, Gezhi Middle School, Kongjiang Middle School, Beijiao School, Jiading Zhongguang Middle School, and Shanghai Information Technology School. What are the reasons for studying and observing? The students said: “Looking and listening to other school experiences is also a reflection on what problems the school has and how to solve it. I believe ‘the stone of other hills can be used to attack jade’’.”
