注重学生德、智、体等方面全面提高,促进学生个性生动活泼主动发展是当前教育改革的指导思想,也是各级各类学校对课程设置的总体要求。个性,是一个人在生理素质和个性心理特征的基础上,在一定的社会历史条件下,通过社会生活的实践锻炼与陶冶,逐步形成的观念、态度、习惯与行为等。它是一个人比较稳定的生理、心理素质和社会行为特征的总和。个性并不是社会环境的消极产物,而是人类在掌握社会经验和周围的现实活动中,通过动机、兴趣、理想、信念等内部世界体现出来的。在体操教学中提倡发展学生个性,并使其逐渐完善化,是提高体操教学质量的重要方面。
Attention should be paid to the overall improvement of students ’moral, intellectual and physical aspects. The promotion of students’ vivid and lively active development is the guiding ideology of current education reform and the general requirement of curriculum setting for all kinds of schools at all levels. Personality is a concept, attitude, habit and behavior gradually formed by the practice and cultivation of social life under the conditions of certain social and historical conditions on the basis of the physiological qualities and personality traits of a person. It is a person’s relatively stable physical, psychological quality and social behavior characteristics of the sum. Personality is not a negative product of the social environment, but a manifestation of the internal world through motivation, interest, ideals, beliefs, etc., by humans in grasping the social experience and the surrounding real activities. It is an important aspect to improve the teaching quality of gymnastics by advocating the development of students’ personality in gymnastics teaching and gradually improving them.
