83年颁布的表面粗糙度标准中,规定的轮廓评定参数有:R_a、R_z、R_Y、S_m、S、t_P等。目前国内大多数机械制造厂、车间使用的光学仪器,如双管显微镜只能检测参数R_z和R_y。为满足生产发展的需要,我们经过较长时间实践总结出一套用双管显微镜照相、再放大测量,并辅以微机确定中线位置、处理测量数据的方法,可以测定六项参数,为推广新标准、解决生产检测急需提供了一种可行的方法。
