一、前言近年来,由于柴油锤在施工时噪声和振动大,还有油液的飞溅烟尘等环境污染问题,在使用上受到很大限制。而液压打桩机具有可实现低噪声施工;无油烟飞溅;锤头下落高度可自由调整,可调节打击力;可降低打击应力,桩头不易损伤;即使对柔软地基也能连续夯打等优点。因此,在国外许多国家研究开发了液压打桩机并得到了广泛应用。液压打桩机有两种,一种是冲击式液压打桩机,即液压锤,它是靠重锤落下时的冲击力打桩的;另一种是超高频振动打桩机,它是利用高频振动来沉桩的。本文主要介绍冲击式液压锤的结构和发展动向。
