海带和黑木耳是我们常见的两种食物,把它们放在一起,能起到难得的养生保健功效。海洋与陆地的结合海带,是生活在低温海水里的大型海生褐藻植物,在我国北部沿海、浙江及福建沿海大量栽培,产量位居世界之首。自然生长的海带对环境很是挑剔,只有青岛以北的黄海、渤海符合它们冷水性的特点。海带虽然生活在海水中,但它鲜美的味道,加之可以入菜,人们给了它“海上蔬菜”的美誉。
Kelp and black fungus is our common two kinds of food, put them together, can play a rare health care effect. The combination of sea and land Kelp is a large-scale marine brown algae living in low-temperature seawater. It is cultivated extensively along the coasts of northern China, Zhejiang and Fujian coasts, ranking first in the world. Natural growth of the kelp on the environment is very picky, only the Yellow Sea north of Qingdao, Bohai meet their cold water characteristics. Although living in sea water, kelp, but it delicious taste, combined with vegetables, people gave it “sea vegetables ” in the world.
