通过实验方法研究干气密封启动过程中声发射信号的变化规律。利用功率谱确定声发射信号中与密封端面摩擦相关的频段,并研究了声发射信号的均方根随主轴转速的变化。结果表明:在该文实验条件下,密封端面的摩擦会产生中心频率在160kHz左右的信号成分,带通滤波能有效降低支撑轴承的干扰;声发射信号的均方根能反映密封端面的接触摩擦状况;启动过程的声发射曲线可分为3个阶段:剧烈变化段、平稳段和缓慢增加段。该研究结果为利用声发射技术监测干气密封启动过程中的端面接触状态提供了参考依据。
The variation of acoustic emission signal during dry gas seal startup was studied by experimental method. The power spectrum is used to determine the frequency band of the acoustic emission signal which is related to the friction of the seal face and the variation of the root mean square of the acoustic emission signal with the rotation speed of the main shaft is studied. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the friction of the seal face will produce signal components with the center frequency around 160kHz. The band-pass filtering can effectively reduce the interference of the support bearing. The root mean square of the AE signal can reflect the contact friction Acoustic emission curve of the start-up process can be divided into three stages: a violent change section, a stable section and a slowly increasing section. The results of this study provide a reference for using acoustic emission technology to monitor the contact state of end face during the start-up of dry gas seal.
