采用X 射线衍射、电子探针、热重分析及化学分析等方法研究了独居石精矿的C 还原行为,考察了REPO4 的分解过程。结果表明, 在一定温度下, 独居石精矿中的REPO4 能被C分解为稀土氧化物,P以单质形式被还原挥发出去, 其中CePO4 的分解过程与LaPO4 ,NdPO4 等的分解过程不同步。
The C reduction behavior of monazite concentrate was studied by X-ray diffraction, electron probe, TG and chemical analysis, and the decomposition process of REPO4 was investigated. The results show that at a certain temperature, REPO4 in monazite concentrate can be decomposed into rare earth oxide by C, and P is reduced and volatilized in simple substance. The decomposition process of CePO4 is not synchronous with the decomposition process of LaPO4 and NdPO4.
