基于“85/90后”年龄层次的大学生(统称为新生代)已陆续进入企业,并成为企业的潜在人才,他们作为中国社会转型时期的新生代、中国财富增长后受益的第一代,他们的个人生活方式、行为方式、思维方式和价值实现方式都呈现出独特性——多元化,然而工程施工单位的行业特征、工作环境、工作性质,对于新生代员工的职业期待有着非常大的偏差,这就亟待在管理上进行深层次地思考,寻找有效的管理方式来化解矛盾、理顺情绪、凝聚人心、留住人才,有效地激发新生代员工的工作积极性和创新性,激活企业成长潜力,增强企业的竞争力。
