胸膜结核瘤是结核性胸膜炎的归宿之一，临床不多见，易与肺癌和胸膜间应瘤相混淆。本文就此病的临床表现，Ｘ线陶片的特征和手术技巧进行了讨论。
Pleural tuberculoma is one of the fate of tuberculous pleurisy, clinical rare, easy and lung cancer and pleural should be confused between the tumor. This article discusses the clinical manifestations of the disease, the characteristics of X-ray pottery and surgical techniques.
