岁末年终,部门、单位、个人的总结工作又开始了。某机关单位一个新任职的干部向一位老同志请教如何写年终总结时,老同志向其说了这样一句话:写好“总结”的秘诀是将心思花在“总结”前。年终总结是通过对一年工作全面系统的回顾,从中找出经验教训,引出规律性认识,用以指导今后的工作。但是有些地方,对年终总结不重视、不认真,甚至搞形式主义。有的不从实际出发,不走群众路线,不进行深入的调查研究, Year-end year-end, department, unit, individual summary work has begun. When a newly appointed cadre of an organ unit asked an old comrade about how to write a year-end summary, his comrades told him that the secret of writing a “summary” is to spend their minds in front of “conclusion.” Year-end summary is through a comprehensive and systematic review of the work one year, from which to find out the lessons learned, leads to regular understanding, to guide future work. However, in some places, it does not attach importance to the year-end summary, does not conscientiously, or even practices formalism. Some do not proceed from reality, do not follow the mass line, do not conduct in-depth investigations and studies,
