气动Ⅰ型温度变送器QBW型及电气转换器DQ型,虽已逐步被Ⅱ型替代,但目前仍大量使用着。我厂绝大部分温度变送器就是Ⅰ型的,其中电—气转换器部分,调零是借改变弹簧片位置从而改变调零弹簧拉力来实现的,如图1。由于调整固定弹簧片的螺母甚为不便,在固定的过程中容易改变零位,且引起弹簧片的附加应力,故而在固紧以后的一段时间里又发生零位漂移,因此影响了使用,增加了维护上的烦琐。我们作了一点小的改进,如图2,加工了一个调零
