自从新课标改革后,对于数学的教学目标提出了新要求,不仅要求学生掌握基本的数学知识,而且还要提高学生的问题解决能力、思维创新能力、知识实践能力等。所以小学数学教师只有改变传统的教学模式,积极探索以及运用新的教学模式对学生进行教学,才能取得理想的教学效果。而通过对高效率教学行为特征进行深入的分析,可以使教师认识到自身在教学方面存在的不足,从而根据实际情况不断的改进教学方法,以便实现高效课堂。因此本文主要是着重研究小学数学阶段中高效率教学行为的具体特征。
Since the reform of the new curriculum standard, new requirements have been put forward for the teaching goal of mathematics, which not only requires students to master basic mathematics knowledge, but also enhance students’ problem solving ability, thinking innovation ability and knowledge practice ability. Therefore, primary school mathematics teachers can only achieve the ideal teaching effect only by changing the traditional teaching mode, actively exploring and applying new teaching modes to students. Through in-depth analysis of the characteristics of high-efficiency teaching behavior, teachers can recognize their own deficiencies in teaching, so as to improve teaching methods according to the actual situation in order to achieve efficient classroom. Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on the specific characteristics of high efficiency teaching in the elementary mathematics stage.
