近20年来我们收治癫痫连续状态患者60例,现将治疗分组及疗效分析如下。临床资料本文男38例,女22例,年龄2～74岁。病因为颅内感染24例,脑溢血及风湿性脑病各6例,脑血栓后遗症5例,脑囊虫7例,脑萎缩伴脑发育不全、蛛网膜下腔出血、上矢状窦血栓、脑外伤各2例,桥脑小脑脚肿瘤术后、肺癌脑转移、肝坏死及子痫各1例。
