该文基于同济大学风工程实测基地测风塔10m、20m、30m和40m高度处的实测数据,对台风“米雷”和季风作用下上海浦东沿海地区近地层脉动风速谱特性进行了对比性分析。结果表明:台风与季风脉动风速谱差异明显,台风影响时脉动风速谱惯性子区的斜率逐渐降低且趋近于-5/3律,季风影响时的斜率符合-5/3律;实测脉动风速谱与Von-Karman谱符合较好;基于顺风向Von-Karman谱表达形式,对实测数据进行了经验拟合,使得整体误差率较Von-Karman谱降低了15%;台风和季风脉动风速相干性指数衰减系数均随平均风速的增大而减小,纵向均值分别为7.5和18.6。
