近年来,由于部分高校通过扩招,招收到了更多的学生资源。而为了能够促使学生在毕业之后获得更多的工作机会,部分高等师范院校通过设立舞蹈专业,从而帮助学生就业趋势的明朗化。但是,所采取的措施在实施的过程中,其就业形势依旧不乐观。因此,本文主要探讨了从就业趋势方面,部分高校在舞蹈专业培养目标方面产生的问题,以及解决问题的方式,以帮助高校毕业生就业水平的提高。
In recent years, due to some colleges and universities through enrollment, recruit more student resources. In order to encourage students to obtain more job opportunities after graduation, some higher normal colleges and universities help to clarify the employment trend of students by setting up dance major. However, the measures taken in the implementation process, the employment situation is still not optimistic.
