采用室内和网罩试验,对7个不同品系赤眼蜂寄生玉米螟的卵块寄生率、卵粒寄生率及单雌产卵粒数进行比较。结果表明:不同品系赤眼蜂寄生玉米螟的效果不同,在同一基质玉米螟卵块上寄生效果存在显著差异(p<0.05);而同一品系赤眼蜂在不同基质玉米螟卵块上寄生也不同,蜡纸玉米螟卵块和鲜玉米叶子玉米螟卵块相比,多数赤眼蜂更趋向在鲜玉米叶子卵块上产卵;网罩下赤眼蜂寄生玉米苗上的玉米螟卵块效果更好,卵粒寄生率可达39.45%~70.48%;筛选出寄生玉米螟效果好的品系为:S-AC品系和M-TC品系,可应用于二代玉米螟的防治。
The indoor and net cover experiments were carried out to compare the egg mass parasitism rate, the parasitism rate and the number of spawning number per spawning of the Trichogramma ostriniae in seven different Trichogramma species.
