二年级的学生好动,爱讲话,课堂效率极差,针对这种情况,在上课之前我首先整顿纪律,耐心地教育他们,给他们讲学习的重要性,要求他们一定要专心听讲。一个人应该有远大的理想和目标,不要只知道玩耍。我同时还以奖品和树立榜样的方式激励他们。经过教育,大部分学生能专心听讲了,还有个别学生有点反复的现象,管不住自己,我便采取点名提醒的方式。这样,纪律基本上算是整顿好了。少数学生还有一个缺点是书写能力差,书写随意,不讲格式。
In view of this situation, before graduation, I first started to rectify discipline, patiently educated them, and taught them the importance of learning so that they must concentrate on their listening. A person should have lofty ideals and goals, do not just know play. I also inspire them with prizes and role models. After education, most of the students can concentrate on their listening and there are still some students who are not able to control themselves. So I took a reminder. In this way, discipline is basically rectified. Another disadvantage of a few students is poor writing skills, freehand writing, and no formality.
