本文试用系统工程学的方法,研究园林效益和有关的经济技术政策问题,并且指出,单纯追求最大效果,必导致效益的降低。一、园林效益的概念系统工程中对于一个大系统,常将该系统分解为若干互相联系的子系统,若对子系统内部的构造和机制不清楚,则称这种子系统为黑箱。对于黑箱系统,若能确定它的输出因子U和输入因子Ⅰ之间的关系,即可由二者的比值获得该系统的功能P,亦即效益(图1、式(1))。
This paper tries the method of system engineering to study the benefits of gardening and related economic and technological policy issues, and points out that simply pursuing the greatest effect will inevitably lead to a reduction in the benefits. I. The Concept of Landscape Benefits For a large system, a system is often decomposed into several interconnected subsystems. If the internal structure and mechanism of the subsystem are not clear, the subsystem is called a black box. For a black box system, if the relationship between its output factor U and input factor I can be determined, the function P of the system can be obtained from the ratio of the two, that is, the benefit (FIG. 1, equation (1)).
