园丁把对花儿的爱蕴含于等待之中——守候花期,俯身丛中,浇水松土,精心呵护。于是这种等待收获了万紫千红,争奇斗艳。于是这种等待换来了满园飘香,果实累累。爱需要等待,等待也是一种爱。在长期的教育教学实践中,我发现每一个学生都渴望得到家长、老师、同学的关爱与肯定,尤其是后进生,从潜意识里,更希望得到班主任的关注。我觉得:教师对学生的投入程度
