介绍了生物质热电厂废弃物草木灰主要成分,草木灰作为钾肥形成颗粒之前,在农业生产应用中存在的弊端,及草木灰颗粒成型的可行性。通过环模颗粒机和平模颗粒机的成型试验,探讨了草木灰含水量对成型率和颗粒密度的影响,得到草木灰在颗粒成型时水分含量最佳值在11.50%-13.09%。通过成型后的烘干实验,得到烘干时间与颗粒质量及颗粒温度的变化关系。通过草木灰颗粒肥跌落试验,得到颗粒跌落破碎率的相关数据。最后制定相应的生产流程,为草木灰规模化生产颗粒肥的技术可行性及颗粒成型工艺提供参考依据。
This paper introduced the main components of plant ash, the main component of waste biomass ash from biomass thermal power plants, and the defects of application of agricultural ash in the production of ash before they were used as potash fertilizer. Through the forming test of ring mold granulator and flat die granulator, the influence of water content of ash on the forming rate and particle density was discussed. The optimal moisture content of ash was 11.50% -13.09%. Through the drying experiment after forming, the relationship between the drying time and the particle quality and the particle temperature is obtained. Through the fall of ash granulation fertilizer test, get the data of particle drop crushing rate. Finally, the development of the corresponding production process for the large-scale production of ash fertilizer technical feasibility and granular forming process provide a reference.
