一、概述 在对教师的工作进行考核时,必需要计算教师的教学工作数量和评估教师的工作质量。对于教学工作数量的计算,各类学校在前几年已经推行过一些切实可行的方案,但对教学工作质量的评估,目前尚无一套很完善的办法。 教师的工作质量,不仅只表现在课堂教学效果上,应该全面地从教学效果、教书育人,教学建设,关心集体等各方面来衡量。为了综合地评估每个教师的工作质量,就必须将教师各方面的工作情况转化为数据,才能统一处理,作出比较。
I. Overview In the assessment of the work of teachers, teachers must calculate the number of teaching and assessment of the quality of teachers. For the calculation of the number of teaching work, various schools have implemented some practical solutions in the past few years. However, there is no sound way to evaluate the quality of teaching. The quality of teachers’ work is not only reflected in the effectiveness of classroom teaching, but also comprehensively measured from the aspects of teaching effectiveness, teaching and educating people, teaching construction, and collective interest. In order to comprehensively assess the quality of each teacher’s work, teachers’ work in all fields must be transformed into data for unified handling and comparison.
