This paper first reviews the major works of representative human figures in post-humanist studies and then explains key concepts such as post-humanism, post-human and human-computer integration. The article clearly points out that the main object of post-humanism is the subjectivity of the human and / or animal nature, and focuses on the tracing of the philosophical perspective on the relationship between man and machine, and finally the use of post-humanist perspective Flannery O’Connor’s short story “Save the people is to save yourself” to be read in detail. The author believes that this short story not only interprets the integration of the organic body with the mechanical body, but also reveals the connection between the natural body and the country / culture body. O’Connor’s message in the text fits well with post-humanist scholars’ assertions, advocating equal and harmonious relations between human beings and non-human beings.
