开展区域活动对于已习惯于组织集体教学活动的教师来说,无论在认识上还是在行为上都会面临挑战。有的教师会习惯性地将区域活动变成分组教学,而有的教师则认为区域活动就该让幼儿完全自主、自由,教师无需指导。这些问题看似是开展区域活动所引发的,实际上反映了教师的儿童观、教育观。为此,我们围绕大家普遍感到困惑的问题,一起反思、质疑、争论、辨析,重构了儿童观、教育观,明确了开展区域活动
Conducting regional activities Teachers who are accustomed to organizing collective teaching activities are challenged both in knowledge and in their conduct. Some teachers will habitually turn regional activities into group teaching, while others think that regional activities should allow children full autonomy and freedom, and teachers need no guidance. These problems appear to be triggered by the regional activities, in fact, they reflect the teachers’ views on children and education. To this end, we revolved around the common perceptions of confusion by rethinking, questioning, arguing, analyzing and reconstructing the concept of children and education and clarifying the importance of carrying out regional activities
