在发病严重而均匀的田间病圃中,对棉花8个亲本(4抗十4感)和28个F_1代进行了抗枯萎病鉴定。结果表明:杂种抗性与亲本抗性呈极显著正相关,4个抗病品种的抗性为中棉12>苏棉3号>鄂62-1>鄂抗棉1号,但苏棉3号的抗性传递能力高于中棉12。抗病×感病组合F1抗性为部分显性,发病率、病指和病级偏向抗病亲本,中亲优势率分别为-28.5%,-33.3%和-47.0%。抗×感、高抗×感组合一般为中抗,中抗×感组合一般为感病,抗性低的抗病品种×病指高的感病品种的组合F1也表现感病。抗×抗、抗×高抗、抗×中抗、中抗×高抗组合表现抗或高抗,甚至超双亲。而感×感组合仍表现为感病。发病率、病指和病级三者间呈极显著正相关,但病级更为客观,试验误差小,遗传变异系数大,易于检测到材料间差异,适宜于开展抗性遗传分析。
Fusarium wilts were identified in eight severely infected and susceptible field nurseries with 8 parents (4 resistant individuals) and 28 F1 progenies.
