校本教研是教育科研和教育实践的一体化,实践性、时效性和应用性较强。如何体现教研重在引领?教研重在服务?贯彻新课程“以人为本”的基本理念,校本教研制度建设中教研室应淡化对学校和教师的管理,强化服务,从指令性要求或检查转向协商讨论、沟通交流,创造一个宽松的氛围,为学校提供需要的服务,为校长分担矛盾,为教师解决困难。这些最终是要通过教研员来落实的,笔者提出将教研员角色进行五要定位:
School-based teaching and research is an integration of education, scientific research, and educational practice. Its practicality, timeliness, and applicability are strong. How to embody the principle of teaching and research? Teaching and research emphasis on service? Implementing the new curriculum “People-oriented ” basic concept, the school teaching and research development of the building of teaching and research section should dilute the management of schools and teachers, strengthen services, from the mandatory requirements or inspections to negotiations Discussion, communication, creation of a relaxed atmosphere, provision of necessary services for schools, sharing of conflicts among principals, and solving difficulties for teachers. These are ultimately to be implemented through the teaching and research staff. The author proposes to position the teaching and researcher to perform five tasks:
