Third, extraterritorial regulation of implanted advertising model and its reference In a more developed commercial society, implanted advertising is undoubtedly an excellent marketing strategy. However, any behavior must be kept moderate in order to achieve the proper existence of legitimacy. Such moderation must meet the requirements of legal order and moral values in essence and should be considered in promoting the progress of human civilization. At present, the relevant laws and regulations of our country have not regulated the implanted advertisements so that they are free from the law. They must establish a legal order for the operation of advertisements in accordance with the law and implement social supervision over the implanted advertisements through legal order.
