采用高性能粉煤灰活性激发剂技术,研制成粉煤灰掺量达70%的粉煤灰-水泥-矿渣-石膏系统的新型复合水泥基材。采用表观密度35kg/m~3的发泡聚苯乙烯球为轻集料,在成型工艺上采用表面活性剂和裹浆加压成型技术,解决了界面粘结不好和物料分层现象。从而研制成大掺量粉煤灰聚苯乙烯球复合新型轻质多孔墙板。该墙体材料容重仅为575kg/m~3,并具有良好的保温、隔热性能,各项性能指标达到、超过了有关标准要求。
Using the high-performance fly ash activity activator technology, developed a new type of composite cement substrate with a fly ash-cement-slag-gypsum system with a fly ash content of 70%. The foamed polystyrene spheres with an apparent density of 35kg/m~3 were used as light aggregates. The surface active agents and the packaging pressure forming techniques were used in the molding process to solve the problems of bad interface bonding and material delamination. In order to develop a large volume of fly ash polystyrene ball composite new lightweight perforated wallboard. The bulk density of the wall material is only 575kg/m~3, and it has good thermal insulation and heat insulation properties. The performance indicators meet or exceed the relevant standards.
